A long-acting GHRH analog that produces dose-dependent increases in mean plasma GH concentrations (2-10 fold for 6+ days) and IGF-I levels (1.5-3 fold for 9-11 days). After multiple doses, IGF-I remains elevated for up to 28 days. Synergistic with GHRP peptides.
